It is with immense happiness and pride that we want to share the joy of an important milestone: the thirty-fifth anniversary of the Pluriservice S.p.A.’ foundation, a company born in Ravenna in 1986 by the enthusiasm of believing in automatic indentification and grown thanks to the trust and esteem that Customers, Partners and Collaborators have placed in us.
Over time the automatic identification (Barcode, RFID, Wi-Fi, Voice) has changed and evolved tremendously, becoming the foundation of these 35 years of work and success.
With the same creativity and desire to do as on the first day, Pluriservice S.p.A. has adopted and translated new technologies to apply them to our customers’ businesses in order to simplify and the speed up their work processes.
A fantastic entrepreneurial adventure, based on the reading, printing and encoding of barcodes, which has given rise to 4 companies. Today they are perfectly integrated with our corporate structure and they works in perfect harmony to guarantee efficiency and competence to our customer throughout the entire labelling and data collection process.
Pluriservice Solutions, our primary system integrator, has been designing and setting up automatic identification solutions since 2006. Today, it has more than 2000 large customers who use our devices with satisfaction and with more than 500 service lease agreements it allows customers to work with the certainty of always having the best support.
Storm Open Solutions, Pluriservice Group’ software house, founded in 2001, develops E2K software solutions for Retail, Ho.Re.Ca and today has over 2.500 installed licences.
Every year, the label factory Raining Labels converts 8 million of square metres of self-adhesive paper into neutral, pre-printed labels that become the ID cards for thousands of products every day.

For 35 years Pluriservice S.p.A., together with Group’s companies, has been close to its customers processing around 100 orders a day, managing around 25 repair tickets and responding to more than 40 support calls for Hardwares and Softwares a day, because our job consists in support our customers’s work by maximum technology and efficiency.
And we are delighted to see that our efforts being rewarded. Pluriservice S.p.A. and all Group’s companies in these first four months of 2021 are really proving to be strong, competitive and innovative. They have registered a growth of 30% with a strong capacity for recruitment and investment, demonstrating that they are making a real economy and creating, with self exclusive instruments, occupation and richness for the country.
