Efficiency and Precision The PX45 stands out for its resolution versatility: in addition to the standard 203 and 300 dpi, it offers a 406 dpi version, ideal for precision compliance labeling with variable data that requires immediate results without any loss of speed. Thanks to QuickMount™ technology, printhead replacement is fast and easy, minimizing maintenance costs.
Intelligence and Integration As a Smart Printer, the PX45 can host standalone applications developed using Fingerprint or C# programming languages, allowing it to directly control peripherals such as scanners, scales, and applicators. This reduces infrastructure complexity and operational errors. Compatibility is guaranteed by major printer command languages (DP/FP, IPL, ZSim2, DPL), ensuring immediate “drop-in” integration in mixed-brand printer environments.
Management and Connectivity Equipped as standard with 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and high-speed USB 2.0 ports, the PX45 also offers advanced options such as certified Wi-Fi and RFID interfaces. Device management is simplified by the web-based PrintSet 5 tool, the PrintSet MC mobile app, and the cloud-based Operational Intelligence platform, enabling rapid remote diagnostics and configuration.
